We are recruiters. We help our clients to have better results from their recruitment activities. This help can be provided with interim management, sourcing, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

Who we are

We are Boudewijn Timmers and Joost van den Eijnden. We each have more than 25 years of experience in job placement, both on the corporate and agency side. Now we want to share the knowledge we gained there with our clients. We do this by deploying interim recruiters, offering sourcing-as-a-service, and taking recruitment processes out off your hands. From our office in Eindhoven we work together with our team and we try to learn with and from each other every day.
